I feel lost.
What is cloud computing.
It's a system where computational resources are provided on a
computer network than on the computer itself.
iCloud (and Dropbox) are basically cloud storage services. Let's
say you regularly switch files between your work PC and your home
PC. In the past you would have to manually transfer files using a
thumb drive as an intermediary.
With Dropbox, you just need to (one-time) download and install
the Dropbox program onto both your home and work PCs. So every time
you need to bring computer files home, you just copy them to your
Dropbox folder at work, and hey presto - they appear on your home
PC as well.
